Versatile Living Retreat

Unfinished basements are commonly found in many homes in Seattle and the surrounding area. These spaces are filled with endless untapped potential. There was a laundry area in this particular basement, but the rest of the space was a large unfinished storage area. Our Home Services team came in to finish the space to make it a versatile living area for this growing family. The first priority was updating the laundry room and adding a powder bathroom for convenience. Next was creating an open family room area where the kids could play with lots of storage. This area included closets and under-stairs storage for all the toys, books, and other items needing a place to be stored. Finally, there was a spare room which is currently set up as a home gym.
