No two clients or projects are alike. At our first Design Program Meeting, we’ll encourage and support your exploration of solutions that best reflect your style and will support the way you live. We’ll measure and assess your home as you continue to gather ideas, allowing us to offer more specific recommendations to achieve your goals.
During your Schematic Design Meeting, we’ll review floor plans and discuss your preferences. While you visit our design center to see materials, your dedicated designer will prep your 3D walk-through for your Preliminary Estimate Meeting. Our designers focus on creativity, sustainability, and context, and use 3D modeling software so you can visualize your project. During this meeting, we’ll narrow down your price range so we can develop the details.
Visit the CRD Design Center as often as you want to see and feel samples of materials. Experts are on hand to help you make your final selections. Design Development Meetings at this time will allow you to refine every detail and see updated pricing based on your product selections. Once you sign a letter of intent of construction, we’ll get your permit applications and prepare your construction schedule.

Once final pricing is locked in, construction begins. Our construction process focuses on minimizing disruption to your life and respecting your home. Your lead craftsman is at your home every workday until your project is complete, ensuring areas that are not being remodeled are protected and that your project stays on time and on budget.
